Very good quality. You could tell the owner. Ray loves what he's doing. Food prices are very good ,portion sizes are large. No sitting area. Food truck. Cuban sandwiches definitely worth it.

Best cuban I’ve ever had! My fiancé and I stopped before our trip to Clearwater. Customer service was excellent and the owner was hilarious! The Cubans were prepared and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.

I've been wanting to try this spot for a while now and finally did! It truly was the best Cuban sandwich I have ever had! And I know my Cuban sandwiches! It was big too. It was 2 meals for me. Great friendly service as well! Thank you! I'll definitely be going back!

BEST CUBAN SANDWICH in the State of Florida! Ray is awesome! Call him and have him make it special for you! I call ahead to order. Love it lightly pressed. He loads it with FRESH MOJO PORK he makes daily! Every ingredient is fresh, delicious and makes this authentic Cuban Sandwich the best around! I dare you to find one better! My opinion but seriously go TRY!! Ray has been serving the people of Spring Hill and surrounding areas for years and years! I moved to Citrus County and when I come to Hernando County…I call him up and drive by to pick it up! He has many other menu options and he caters! I tell everyone about this place! He has many customers that agree with me on where the best is. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was told by multiple people to come here if I wanted the best Cuban in the area. I went and that's exactly what I got. Perfect Cuban, and Ray is a super cool dude. He actually gave me a small sampler plate to eat while I was waiting and it was .. I will absolutely be back. Really glad I only live a half-mile away, I could actually walk there! Thanks Ray see you again soon

Local gem! Ray the owner/chef is amazing! The Cuban sandwiches are 8$ and are well worth it! Ray even gave us a sample of his baked beans, rice, chicken spezzatino and ham. This was all really great tasting and Ray makes it all in house no pre packed, previously frozen junk here. Slow roasted marinated pork on the Cuban sandwich with Emmental, pickles, and sliced ham with butter and mayo pressed in a Cuban bread. I will be coming here whenever I am in town for sure. I would recommend calling ahead to make sure he has bread as his place is popular and we got the last 2 sandwiches available before he had to close up to go get more bread at a local bakery.
